By downloading, installing, or using Sproutlings ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sproutlings is a mobile idle-merge game where players merge food items, feed creatures, and collect evolutions. The App is provided for entertainment purposes.

3. Age Requirements

Sproutlings is intended for users of all ages. If you are under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), you may use the App only with parental consent. The App does not require personal information to play and uses anonymous authentication by default.

4. User Accounts

• You may play anonymously or sign in with a Google account for cloud saves
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. In-App Purchases

• The App offers optional in-app purchases ("IAP") for virtual currency and items
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• For refund requests, contact the respective platform's support

6. Virtual Currency and Items

• Coins and other virtual items earned or purchased are licensed, not owned
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time
• Lost virtual items due to technical issues may be restored at our discretion
• Exploiting bugs to gain virtual items may result in account suspension

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or hacks
• Modify or reverse-engineer the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Manipulate device time to gain in-game benefits
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

8. Intellectual Property

• The App and all content (graphics, audio, code, designs) are owned by us or our licensors
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• The "Sproutlings" name and logo are our trademarks
• User-generated content (if any) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it

9. Advertising

• The App displays advertisements from third-party ad networks
• Rewarded video ads are optional and user-initiated
• We are not responsible for third-party ad content
• You may purchase "Remove Ads" to disable interstitial and banner ads

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes without notice
• Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time
• We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice when possible

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS.
